Terms and conditions

About us
These terms apply to orders placed with Zoha Kids Wear through this website, by message or on WhatsApp. To contact us, email info@zohakidswear.com or WhatsApp +92 309 9117651.
Products and prices
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). If you choose to see prices in another currency, those are conversions at the day’s exchange rate, shown for your information; you pay in Pakistani rupees.
- Where a piece shows “Price to be confirmed”, we tell you the price before you order.
- We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- Please check the size guide before you order. Sizes are by age and height; children grow at different rates.
Ordering and payment
When you place an order, its pieces are held for you and you receive an order number. Your order is confirmed once you pay an advance of 50% of the order or the full amount, by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, with your order number as the reference. With a 50% advance, you pay the rest in cash to the courier on delivery.
If the advance doesn’t reach us, we may cancel the order and release the pieces. If we can’t supply a piece you have paid for, we will offer you another piece or return your advance for it.
Delivery
Delivery in Pakistan is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more. Below that, we confirm the delivery charge with you when we confirm your order.
We also deliver internationally. The delivery charge and timing for your country are confirmed with your order.
We tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order; times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your parcel when it arrives.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
No returns or refunds. Exchanges within 7 days only, for unused pieces in their original condition, with the original bill.
We don’t take returns or give refunds.
You can exchange a piece within 7 days of receiving it, if it hasn’t been used and is still in its original condition.
Keep the original bill: exchanges are only made with it.

Custom orders and stitching
We do custom stitching: many styles can be made to your child’s size or measurements, in your colours, with embroidery or a name from Rs 500. We send you a quote first, and nothing is made until you approve it. A 50% or full payment in advance confirms the order. Custom pieces are made to the details and measurements you approve, so please check them carefully.
Pre-orders
Some pieces can be reserved before they are in stock. A 50% or full payment in advance confirms your reservation. Expected dates are estimates, and we keep you updated if they change.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for supplying the pieces you order as described. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions or strikes. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the law.

How we use the information you give us is explained in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
