What to expect after you order, and how to send something back.
Delivery across Pakistan
Delivery charge: free in Pakistan on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; below that, the charge is confirmed with your order. It is added at checkout, and you see the total before you order.
International delivery
We also deliver internationally. The delivery charge and timing for your country are confirmed with your order.
Returns
No returns or refunds. Exchanges within 7 days only, for unused pieces in their original condition, with the original bill.
We don’t take returns or give refunds.
You can exchange a piece within 7 days of receiving it, if it hasn’t been used and is still in its original condition.
Keep the original bill: exchanges are only made with it.
