Placing a custom order from abroad: what’s different
Ordering a custom outfit from the UK, the Gulf or elsewhere for a child there or in Pakistan: measurements, paying the advance, time zones and delivery.
Start with two questions
Overseas families order custom children’s clothes from Pakistan for all sorts of reasons: eastern wear that is hard to find locally, an outfit for a wedding back home, a gift for a new niece in Lahore, or matching outfits for cousins in two countries. Before anything else, answer two questions: where does the child live, and where should the parcel go?
If the child lives in Pakistan and the parcel stays in Pakistan, the order works much like any other; a relative can help with measurements and receive the parcel. If the child lives abroad, or the parcel is going abroad, a few extra steps are worth planning.
Measurements from a distance
If the child lives with you abroad, measure them yourself and send the numbers. Say clearly whether you are using centimetres or inches; overseas families often mix the two, especially when relatives in Pakistan are also involved. If the child lives in Pakistan and you are abroad, ask a parent or relative to measure and send the numbers directly into the same chat, so nothing gets lost in forwarding. For babies, the how-to-measure section of our size guide is easy to share with whoever is helping.
Sizes and labels abroad
Our baby sizes use standard international age sizing, 0–3M to 18–24M, and our size guide runs to 11–12Y for custom orders. If you usually buy children’s clothes by a UK, US, European or Gulf label, don’t convert by the number on the label; compare the child’s actual height and chest with our size guide. For a custom piece, real measurements beat any label conversion.
Paying the advance
Every order is confirmed with a 50% or full advance, by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. From abroad, the simplest routes are usually a bank transfer or asking a relative in Pakistan to pay through JazzCash or Easypaisa; ask us for the payment details when your order is ready to confirm. With a 50% advance, the balance is normally paid in cash to the courier on delivery. If the parcel is going abroad, or to a relative who wasn’t expecting to pay, agree before confirming how the balance will be handled, or simply pay the full amount upfront.
Keep the payment receipt in the same chat as the confirmed details, especially if someone else paid on your behalf.
Delivery and timing
Within Pakistan, delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; below that, the charge is confirmed with the order. We deliver internationally too, with the charge and timing confirmed when you order. Add the making time we confirm for your request to the delivery time, and leave a buffer before the event, especially around Eid, when parcels everywhere are busier.
If you are flying to Pakistan for a wedding, consider having the outfit delivered to family there instead, so the child can try it on when you arrive.

Quick answers
Can I pay for a custom order from abroad?
Yes. Orders are confirmed with a 50% or full advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. If paying from abroad is awkward, a relative in Pakistan can pay for you.
Do you deliver custom orders outside Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver internationally. The charge and timing are confirmed when you order, so ask before you confirm if you have a fixed date.
Should I send measurements in inches or centimetres?
Either is fine, as long as you write the unit next to every number. Mixing the two without labels is one of the most common causes of fit problems.
Can my relative in Pakistan collect the parcel and pay the balance?
Yes, if you arrange it in advance. Give their address and phone number, and make sure they know if a cash balance is due to the courier.
